Is It Possible to Defeat Terrorism?: HOW to (as far as possible) combat the scourge of terrorism world-wide

Prepared to do his duty (or maybe not)
A shop assistant from Nailsworth, Gloucestershire who wanted to give up his job to go to Iraq to fight against Isis (Islamic State) has thought better of it. Kyle Sessions, 22, said he had spoken to family members, who felt the trip would be dangerous. He said he had decided to “cease all my efforts” to go.

Kyle said he was outraged by Isis’ indiscriminate massacre of Christians and fed up with the UK Government’s handling of the terrorist group and said he wanted to do what he could to help. Before he changed his mind Kyle felt that despite having no military experience he felt prepared: “I did go to the local cubs and scout groups when I was younger and I have a lot of camping and survival experience which will be useful,” he said.
